Notification: Contact us by email at boutiquejuliecollas@gmail.com to inform us of your decision to return the product; you have 14 days from receipt of the product to do so. You will then receive instructions for returning the product.
Returning the product:
The product must be returned within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all labels intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email).
Returns must be made by Colissimo tracked delivery (or any other method with tracking and insurance covering the value of the product).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of a returned package. It is therefore recommended that you keep the tracking number until confirmation of receipt.
Refunds
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
The refund will only cover the price of the T-shirt; the initial shipping and return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial order.
Exclusions
Items that have been worn, washed, soiled or damaged will not be taken back or refunded.
