Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, non-professional customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) concerned. The price of the T-shirt (excluding initial delivery costs) will be refunded, subject to compliance with the conditions below.
Return procedure
Notification: contact us by email at boutiquejuliecollas@gmail.com to inform us of your decision to withdraw. You have 14 days from receipt of the product to do so.
You will then receive instructions for the return.
Returning the product:
The product must be returned within 14 days of notification of withdrawal.
Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, in their original packaging, with all labels intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email).
Returns must be made by Colissimo with tracking (or any other method with tracking and insurance covering the value of the product).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of a returned package. It is therefore recommended that you keep the tracking number until confirmation of receipt.
Refund
The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, in accordance with Article L.221-24 of the French Consumer Code, DearestParis Production may defer the refund until the products have been received or until the customer provides proof of shipment.
The refund will only cover the price of the T-shirt, with the initial shipping and return costs remaining the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial order.
Exclusions
Items that have been worn, washed, soiled, or damaged will not be returned or refunded.
